Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Business days do not include weekends or applicable holidays.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shamsham ships internationally.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local postal services, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to weather, holidays, customs, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.
