RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with Shamsham. If you're not satisfied with an eligible purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
30-DAY RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn where applicable, and in its original packaging.

Do not send an item back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at Customershamsham@gmail.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and issue
If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
If you are returning an eligible item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Shamsham will cover applicable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Shamsham.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at Customershamsham@gmail.com.
We will attempt to cancel orders that have not yet entered processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it. In that case, the regular return process will apply.
